The Charleston RETREAT will be unlike any other before, with a strong emphasis on curated experiences outside of the “classroom,” designed to help you make new connections and build your referral network. Registration for this event will open May 8, 2024 at 2:00pm ET.
The Denver RETREAT in 2025 will offer you the classic RETREAT experience that you have come to know and love. You’ll get the best of both worlds, with a combination of skill-building workshops, inspirational speakers and unforgettable celebrations.

Welcome Concert
After touching down in Charleston, reconnect with 1,500 friends and colleagues at The Refinery Charleston amphitheater for an unforgettable welcome concert and a night filled with live music, drinks, fun, and laughter.
Collaborative Content & Activities
Kick off the day with interactive workshops, “speed-dating” networking sessions, or a fireside chat with CEO Robert Reffkin. After a seated lunch, choose your own adventure to explore Charleston, including: a catamaran cruise, brewery hopping, historical walking excursion, and Compass listing tours.
Compass Soirée
Dress to impress with bowties, sundresses and floppy hats for an enchanting evening soirée that mixes the best of Compass culture with a Southern charm flare!
Low-Country Boil & BBQ
In true Southern style, we’re closing out RETREAT with a low-country boil and indulging in the best seafood and barbeque Charleston has to offer – washed down with a mimosa or two! This lunch will conclude the RETREAT.
